I just learned that even though she was a symbol of the sexual revolution (challenging societal norms of sexuality) and an animal rights activist, she was also homophobic and EXTREMELY racist. Especially to muslims. She was fined multiple times for inciting hatred towards racial minorities. Her last husband was the advisor to freaking LA PEN. She's a cheater and accused women of lying during the MeToo Movement. I could not believe what I was reading in her biography so I needed to share some of it. Baffling person. Good thing this album wasn't good. But La Madrague is kinda ruined now for me.
