The Fall - Grotesque (After the Gramme)

Uneven but fun lo-fi punk album. Some great songs on here, some that do not land the mark. I will admit it's not my cup of tea for post-punk as much as Joy Division or Talking Heads that feature more polished yet still very experimental and timeless productions. This is not only my album of the year but one of the greatest synthpop albums of all time. I genuinely look forward to Mica Tenenbaum and Matthew Lewin's next LP.
