The most intriguing part of this release is honestly the album cover.
For an artist as creative and forward thinking as Skrillex, this album feels like the leftovers of the leftovers. There’s very little cohesion, very few genuinely exciting ideas, and almost nothing that stands out and instead of feeling like a carefully crafted project, it comes across as a collection of recycled concepts.
