I know this artist has surrealist taste which persists through his music, but the problem is that this has too short and too abrupt of an end. Teto has a beautifully tuned voice while still sounding robotic (in a good way, that is!)
Sometimes you just wanna listen to music without thinking about every single word or instrument. This album does that exactly. Spoken segments aren’t the forte of this album, but I’ll take what I can get and run with it.
Holy shit; this is just hit after hit. The problem is, though, is that there are no breaks inbetween each of these bangers. If you hear only hits and bops, you get desensitised; you can’t appreciate the rhythm in each song.
These are the Budget Backstreet Boys, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. With the resources and income at their disposal, it’s a miracle an album of this quality was produced to begin with. However, this is to rate the albums quality and not its production cycle. I feel as though this album was ahead of its time; but not too far ahead.
