In the prologue to the album, Swift describes the record as "a fractured mosaic of feelings that somehow all fit together in the end". Midnights is a very interesting Taylor Swift album to me, mainly because it seems have an identity-crisis on most factors. As the album was originally described, it was "a story of thirteen sleepless nights scattered throughout Swifts life". That is a very interesting concept to me.
