Halfway through the year and we have our second release by chaotic hardcore legends Converge with Hum of Hurt. If it’s as any great as Love Is Not Enough, then I’m in for another absolute treat.
Right out of the gate we some drop A riffing madness that turns the listeners brain into a barren wasteland with Slip the Noose, we slide into Doom in Bloom which was premiered at a local venue of mine in my state. They also recently played the title track in my state as well on support ... read more
Was stuck on what to listen to and my friend suggest another album swap once again and they gave me the sophomore release of ALL, the group formed outside of Descendents. Surprise drops are more of a common occurrence nowadays, but it’s not usually by such higher established legends in their field. Smashing Pumpkins have surprise dropped their first new album since 2024’s Aghori Mhori Mei, so this could indicate two things and it’s my duty as a listener to figure out where the indication is leaning.
