Did not expect this album to be so good. Very consistant, powerful lyrics and production. Probably Kendrick's best works, imo
The type of stuff the emotionless 14 year old listens to at school. Not good outside of two songs.
"wacced out murals" and "heart pt.6" are fucking insane holy shit inject it into my veins
This is just not for me, or I must be missing something but... it sounds watered down, there's no message, there's no goal achieved; it's just quirky songs that do not work with each others, that sound horrible with a lot of autotune. The fact the best song is probably the middle interlude is paradoxal.
THIS is "The Haunt". This is much better than the more edgy projects they've done since then. This song is beautiful. It feels like despair in a wonderland.
Feels paradoxal that the previous EP is better than this one. I was expecting much more.
I was recommended this album and honestly, it was worth listening to.
Suffers the same fate as their "Duality" LP. This one also goes on too long, and a lot of songs just don't hit quite right. They are all good in terms of production and lyrics, but they just don't really work together all that much. The beginning and end of the album, however, have some very solid songs.
I wasn't super impressed by the first few titles, but then the rest absolutely blew my mind. This is for sure their second best album.
