It sounds really good; I wouldn't know how to describe the feeling it conveys, but it evokes a sense of anguish, melancholy, sadness, and tranquility. The last few songs almost made me cry, "No One Noticed" really broke me.

It's tremendous, pure nu metal, the beginnings of nu metal and probably the pioneering album and band of the genre. This isn't just any album; it's a testament to the pain and suffering JD endured in his childhood, the abuse he suffered. This album is a cathartic release. He poured everything he felt into it, making it sound so powerful.
