Not the biggest Tyler fan in all honesty, i wish i was one though because this shit is so good. It’s touching and has a few songs which i definitely love. 90 is probably the best I can put it personally, which is obviously still insanely good, but i totally get how this could be round the 95-96 mark as a fan of Tyler.
Not really the type beat Tommy shoulda gone for. Theres a couple solid verses, mainly the ones shown in the preview. But overall, Tommy kinda gives me the feel that he’s still living of previous hype. Drops a sensation in MDB and then, in my opinion, TOPS it with this just TWO months later... The guys just proving to people that he isn't just some "TikTok artist" and is a proven talent. He's carrying Virginia hard.
After listening to it months after release, I'm still on the side of it being over hated and underappreciated with tracks like 'WHISPER IN MY EAR' really standing out. With Joe Orbison's house, electric and dubstep signature in a slow and chilled out tone, and on the other hand Joe James in his vintage relaxed sound. You can't help but realise how well they complement each other. Solid, and calm entry into 2025 for both artists.
