Just another Larry tape, nothing new, no real improvement, just mediocre.
Larry regresses a lot in the project probably his worse up to this point in his career, he sound uninspired and the beat selection isn't great either. Not a horrible project by any means just mediocre at best.
Larry June takes another significant step up in quality and leans more into his trap side.
Aside from a couple good songs, nothing much stood out for me the production was decent throughout the album and the features were good. Nothing too impressive from Westside on this one.
Joey man was not expecting this project to be this good. Dark Aura had me thinking I was in for another AOTY. It was great the first three tracks then kinda fell off between tracks 4-8 but those last three made it. Great project overall.
Larry's voice sounds way deeper on this compared to the original Cali grown. Also a slight jump in quality still pretty raw.
Larry's voice sounds so much different than what I'm used to, most of these songs weren't good, but there were a few bright spots.
Didn't care too much for the first half, second half really made it for me, tracks 7-11 were nice.
This'll prolly get me executed in some parts of the world, but this was slightly better than the original and extremely overhated over a few bad songs.
Kanye makes an attempt at a Christian album, and its not bad, but it's definitely not great.
Kanye really had me thinking this was gonna be a classic through the first few songs. Still really good, remove some filler songs and its a classic for sure.
Although Chance looks like he's questioning if the listener enjoyed the album on the cover, it's pretty good.
Larry June, 2 Chainz, and The Alchemist team up for a chill west coast album.
Gunna drops an album which may confuse the listener when they're listening to a different song. Nonetheless it's still somewhat good and overhated.
