Creed - One Last Breath
69

Ok, ok. I've been a public Creed hater but this song is kinda alright like. That chorus, i dont know what they put in that chorus but it hits so hard, and there is a great build up to the track as well. its not bad and dare i say good

Shakira - Whenever, Wherever
87

two words: timeless banger

Jennifer Lopez - I'm Gonna Be Alright (Track Masters Remix)
70

It samples I got 5 on it, but actually the sample works well, the Nas feature felt pointless but the song aint bad from JLo

Cam'ron - Oh Boy
82

Suprised this was a hit to be honest, but i aint mad the beat is amazing and feels like a beat Kanye would make for The College dropout, yeah the beat is ahead of its time and the song is lowkey a good vibe

DJ Sammy - Heaven
80

Ok i'm totally biased because this song was apart of my childhood, yet again that synthline is fucking amazing. great tune

No Doubt - Hey Baby
51

production is a lot more wacky now that we've made it to 2002 but this song is not good at all and is very annoying with the "Hey baby, hey baby hey"

*NSYNC - Girlfriend
70

what a weird collaboration. NYSNC & Nelly, i cant lie its messy but it sorta works in a way thats enjoyable and cute

Mario - Just a Friend 2002
61

Mario tries too much. its just a passable R&B song

Sheryl Crow - Soak Up the Sun
78

a fun little bop with some country elements in there cool track

P!nk - Don't Let Me Get Me
60

P!nk desperately tries to tell the world that shes different to other pop stars and wants to be "somebody else" chorus isn't great and the songs a bit messy but its fine

N.O.R.E. - Nothin'
71

Beats fire and thats no surprise since it was produced by Pharell. Songs fire

Tweet - Oops (Oh My)
37

this song sucks badly. First of all that beat is horrible like who thought that was a good idea?. Missy elliots feature adds nothing to this car crash of a song. How did this even chart?

Kelly Clarkson - A Moment Like This
64

AMERICAN IDOL BABYYY!!!, In all seriousness this is probbaly the best American Idol track, far from Kellys best but it has a strong and powerful chorus which i actually like, the songs a bit preachy but it works fine as a radio song.

Ashanti - Happy
67

lyrics are very generic for a R&B song but i'm vibing with it, the beat is very interesting and not something i expect from an Ashanti song, nonetheless its an ok song it does go on for a lot longer than i wanted it to

John Mayer - No Such Thing
70

Not a huge fan of the male vocals but the song has a positive message and reminds me of an american highschool, i dont know why but this song just feels good i cant hate it

P!nk - Just Like a Pill
73

Not my favourite from P!nk but still a good pop song that i like quite a bit, i think the chorus is strong and the overall message of the song is good too

Kylie Minogue - Can't Get You Out of My Head
70

songs undeniably catchy but it does get annoying the more it goes on but i can appreciate the song for being a good overall pop tune and the style sort of fits the current Y2K aesthetics

Five For Fighting - Superman (It's Not Easy)
42

this is just a lazy attempt of making a soft rock hit, the singer seems uninspired and bored

Eminem - Cleanin' out My Closet
89

AYYY Finally Eminem arrives on one of these lists and this is one of his all time greats, that piano is haunting and the strings in the background is fantastic. Em cuts deep with his lyrics about his mother and his childhood and if you read into it, its just really dark and twisted but thats what makes this track so great. Surprised this was such a hit but i'm not complaining its a fantastic song

Musiq Soulchild - Halfcrazy
74

A really solid R&B cut that i liked quite a lot, the production is nice and clean and the melody is charming
