Edit: they added the sample, BUT I’m keeping this review to show the importance of sampling and production to music and how it can change someone’s listening experience.
I’m upset they changed the beat for So Be It and exchanged it for this uninspired, dramatic ahh beat. Rating specifically the new tracks, of which there are only 3. The 3 singles that were added to the album don’t add or detract anything from the project, despite how much I like them. Hopefully they experience a second life due to the newly added attention. The newly released tracks were fun throw backs with the SoundCloud era references and the more ambient/lofi/melodic production and 90s/00s pop references.
