Not too blown away by the first half of the song. Also wish that weird synth intro was more apparent in the song, I thought it was really cool. Max and Ilya need to let go of that kick it’s so boring. Song picks up towards the end but yeah really not too keen on this.

I mean “for a twelve year old it’s good” and I agree, but I doubt she had much input other than choosing the samples. North is so interesting to me because she leans into the cringeworthy google translate Japanese but also has her hands in techno and hyperpop. One to watch for sure.

Zara Larsson fails again to come up with anything original. I am starting to believe that midnight sun (the song) was genuinely a fluke because there is practically 0 good substance on this remix album.
