As a fan of psychedelic music and synth pop, I knew I'd love Tame Impala's Currents, and its catchiness and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Although not every song resonates with me equally, the album's exceptional mixing and production make every track enjoyable. Standout songs like "Let It Happen" and "The Less I Know the Better" have gained widespread acclaim, but other tracks like "The Moment" and "Eventually" are equally impressive. Currents is not only a beautifully orchestrated album but also a deeply emotional journey that unfolds over its 13 tracks. While some songs, like "Past Life" or "Love/Paranoia", aren't my favorites, the album's cohesive storytelling and exceptional production make it a compelling listen.
