Jeff Buckley - Grace

Didn't know what to expect having only heard hallelujah, but it fits much better within the album. Songwriting is spectacular and the covers truly feel like his. Beautiful album that I look forward to revisiting.

Common - Be

Perfect length, great storytelling and pulls off lyrics that could be corny otherwise but are just powerful. Incredible production as well. If you imagined the idea of a 'perfect' hip hop album it would be this, no filler and no gimmicks. Also top 5 best intro tracks all time.

Lil Wayne - Tha Carter III

Full of bangers and funny bars that only Wayne could pull off. Little bit long but you could pick any song and it would slap.

Talking Heads - Remain in Light

Enjoyable, would love to relisten to the full album in a different environment but i can appreciate it. Once in a lifetime is a 10/10 song that makes the rest of the album not feel as spectacular even if it's still great. Background music in the best way possible.

Beastie Boys - Paul's Boutique

Really interesting sampling and beats but it can be a bit hard to take seriously at times. songs blend together a bit as well. Feels like an album that was left behind in time rather than aging with the genre. Beats still slap and there are some gems in here. A lot of fun.
