I didn't really expect kwn to give me a great EP, but she did.
I first heard her on Too Many Women, a cut off of Jordan Adetunji's debut mixtape?, and I wasn't really impressed with her very autotuned vocals, that song wasn't that great anyway.
So I did come on to this thinking it won't be a good RnB EP, well I was wrong. I didn't find a song that I would come back to, but I really liked the groovy, sometimes jazzy production at times. kwn sounds like a knockoff Kehlani here but it isn't all that bad to be honest. I just wish the writing and the direction would be more fleshed out but other than that it's a great listen. I know some wouldn't really like kwn's style, but it somehow worked for me this time. Kehlani ๐ feature was good, and it's a solid track too so that's a win.
