Being a die hard The Kid Laroi fan this album disappointed me to the point I wanna cuss out. Sad songs are basically Laroi's main thing and it really wasn't an issue before because he tried to sound different, tried different genres, instrumentals etc. On “Before I Forget” all songs sound the same. The snippet he played on Fortnite live event was hundreds times better than the final version. Autotune ruined everything. Yet the instrumentals are nice, that's why it's not 0.
Few tracks are kind of nice, others are just sad shit about love and Tyler complaining about how popularity breaks him (tf he expected from it). I'll say this again - Flower Boy is Tyler The Creator downfall, and I'm not talking about his musical progression, its more about character, there's no more radical psycho that mocks everything and everyone, now there's only miserable "I feel so bad because of popularity I was trying to get my whole life" guy.

This mixtape has some issues. Most of all its repetitive lyrics + album cover is pretty cringe. But still there's a lot of great instrumentals and Laroi's vocals sound pretty good to me.
MAYBE - 6: I like the beat and idea, but bro sings about being drunk when he's like 16-17, lmao
WRONG - 5: Repetitive ahh lyrics but beat is nice
I WISH - 4: Repetitive, pointless, good beat and vocals
NOT FAIR - 7: Re-pe-ti-tive, but Corbin feat pulled this, and the instrumental is beautiful
