Solid listen.

Us rap fans have been absolutely spolied recently. Rocky dropping a couple weeks ago, Don dropping last night, and now J. Cole next week. This album was very solid and had very memorable moments.

Can't believe the day has finally come that A$AP Rocky has released Don't Be Dumb. I vividly remember sitting in my room on August 30th 2024 waiting for this album to release.

This is by far Joey's worst project in my opinion, not neccesarily a bad album, just not up to par with the rest of his work. Why is this album getting so much hate? I didn't listen to this album night of release so it was a little bit spoiled to me, everyone saying it was a mid pop style record, But this was actually really good.

Was it a little cheesy at times? Yeah. But I think it added levels to the album and overall made it a more fun listening experience. I came in with no expectations and left heavily satisfied. Good job Cudi, you redeemed yourself for INSANO.

Pretty solid offset.

I've always liked Offsets solo stuff, he flows really nice and has some mad bars. This album was no different.
I prefer his other two solo albums but this one was enjoyable. The lead single "Bodies" had me really hyped going into this, and I was satisfied. "Bodies" was by far the best song though.

I came in with the expectation of it not being better than the forever story, and I was right. I don't think JID will ever top the forever story for the duration of his career.

I had a VERY low bar going into this, I was kinda just listening for the heck of it. Yeat honestly surprised me. Dare I say... his best project to date?
It still had many flaws and about half of the tracks were take it or leave it, but there were 4 major standouts to me: OH I DID, ADL IS COMING, IM YEAT, and FLY NITE.

Kind of what you expect from Raekwon, but either way, solid.

Unc is getting up there in age but still gives us nasty verses on some grimey new york beats. It's really just what you expect from Raekwon, but I never got bored throughout the listen. The features were also really solid, especially Nas and the Griselda trio. They added an extra layer of enjoyment and overall made an enjoyable listen.

Might be the worst project of the year so far.

New Metro? Hell yeah, I was insanely hyped, especially after hearing the feature list. Man oh man was I wrong. I don't even know what I listened to. It was so annoying and the features were oh so bad.
Every chorus was repetitive and annoying, I seriously didn't enjoy a single song.
I don't know how we went from Heroes & Villians to this, but here we are.
