Suffering from schizophrenia myself, I was searching at one point for the most schizophrenic album, and I found it. This is such an apocalyptic nightmare that it's sound can trigger my psychosis, and it's brutality alone is more devastating than my most terrible attacks (which involve nearly overdosing)
