I wanted to actually give myself enough time to listen to this and not live as a full-time glazer. But nothing has changed.
I got into Jane Remover from leroy. during pride month..? had come up on my spotify recommended (as well as homeswitcher) and immediately caught my eye. It took me months of listening to all the dariacore albums to finally connect the dots between leroy and jane and finally start listening to Jane Remover. Its been 2 and a half years since then and this album means ... read more

Was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed this. Added more than half to my playlist on first listen.
as of writing this there are 38 90-100 ratings and 1 80-89 ratings. if that doesnt show the quality of this then idk what to tell you.
lowkey got me through last year
this is the wacky type of shit you can't find easily. the only complaint i have with this record is that it's way too short.
I don't even know how I stumbled across this ep. I think there was a song which sampled the first song and it eventually led me here and I was so confused, but so mesmerised. Everything about that first song just felt so strange and beautiful. Staring into the confusing, fever dream of an ep cover while listening to these songs makes it such an ethereal listen in my opinion. I don't get the hate towards the HKE tracks, I haven't listened to much of their work but their pieces on ... read more
Great lofi rock album. the story behind it is almost more interesting than the album.
I feel like every single time i listen to this album the album just gets better and better. This "shoegaze" noise-rock masterpiece has so many great songs and bring back music from decades ago without putting it in a bad light. Songs on this record like the beauty "South" are designed so well it feels criminal, and none of these tracks truly feel like fillers. I listen to this album very frequently and it feels like every week there's a new song that I can't get ... read more
Late to the party on this one. RIP Sophie.
Ever since I started listening to Charli XCX shortly before brat, the name Sophie came up frequently, especially with the release of "So I". Curious, I finally decided to check out this album. Holy Shit.
This album is crazy on all sorts of levels. I had thought 100 gecs was crazy for their "1000 gecs" album in 2019, but this brings it up a whole notch (not to 100 gecs discredit at all). The way this album can go from the calm and ... read more
its giving "i want to switch up my music so im not called a hyperpop artist and want to go more into rap/trap tracks and im actually gonna go crazy"
i dont know man... its alright.
I loved brat, and still do, its just a great album overall, and i feel like this just took the charm out of 80 percent of the songs. The singles really were the best songs on the album.
The ariana remix was okay but i feel like was overhyped, club classics was revamped and i can't really tell if it was a good change or not. I might say something stupid is completely different and its quite interesting. They completely ruined So I and it just feels like a ... read more
Jane Remover is definitely one of my favourite artists of all time. I first heard her work through the leroy alias and was super hooked, it sounded like nothing i had heard before. I listened to Frailty near the end of last year and was immediately impressed, the sounds on that album weren't like anything i had heard before. When I first listened to Census Designated in January, I don't even know how, but i wasn't a fan. The ADHD from dariacore had gotten to me and it just felt ... read more
