I’ll start by saying that I’m a big fan of Mink and I’ll try to be honest with this review.
Terrified is an album by Fakemink, nothing more, nothing less, but as always he manages to outdo himself.
It’s definitely one of the best albums I’ve listened to this year, easy to understand on the first listen, but I think that to fully grasp it you need to read all the lyrics on the website and listen to the skits, as long as they may be, especially since the final ... read more
The album starts off generally well, but as it goes on, it begins to lose momentum. It definitely could have been done better, but overall, considering it’s a producer album, the result is still more than acceptable.
The best feature is definitely ledbyher.
An EP released before the drop of the album. Unfortunately, it feels a bit confused — some tracks are even catchy, but they don't work very well together as a whole. She could have done better; it's just barely sufficient, and only just.
North West's debut album is a truly unique first project. The record is almost entirely built around samples of iconic, classic tracks — used quite effectively overall — but North still has room to grow. It's a fun listen, though she's still very young; regardless, for her age, she's done a remarkable job.
Unfortunately, this album was a flop for me. I expected much more from him, considering he’s one of the artists with the most potential in the scene. It’s a slightly underwhelming project—not terrible, but it lacks real standout hits: only one track, in my opinion, goes above a 75 rating. The overall listening experience is still fairly enjoyable, though.
Finally, after a long wait ,especially for me personally, Rico’s tape has been released. I’ll also be seeing him live in a few days, so it was really important to me that this album turned out well.
It actually surprised me, but I’ve always believed in his potential. For me, and I’ll keep saying it, he has a much better chance of building his own sound in the future compared to SDK.
Top 3 tracks: Character (absolutely insane), Treason, Risk/Oh No.
Of course, the ... read more
Basta.
AI had low expectations for this album, but it actually surprised me. The production is good, with some tracks being genuinely outstanding—*Banshee* is easily the best one, a crazy track.
However, it tends to lose focus in the middle. As usual, he doesn’t really bring much innovation, sticking to the same style and delivering it in a very similar way.
Overall, it’s a good album, but without real innovation.
Ritorno inaspettato da parte di Tony e Side , a differenza di tanti comeback questo non è riuscito neanche male ma ovviamente non supera in nessun modo CM , Side MVP del disco , Tony a livello di testi molto male.
As of April, this is definitely one of the best projects to come out of the underground scene. An artist who’s been around for a few years delivers a very solid album with no weak tracks—many sitting at a good level, along with 4–5 real standout hits.
A consistent and cohesive project; hopefully more releases will follow, along with continued growth and improvement.
Unfortunately, the album feels underwhelming and wasn’t really anticipated or requested by anyone. The themes are interesting, but the music is another story: having 30 tracks (which is already a problem), with about 95% of them sounding the same and lacking anything truly special… pretty disappointing.
Lancey releases this album as a form of protest against record labels, a strong theme that runs throughout the project.
Overall, the album is solid, mainly because it maintains consistency across the tracks and rarely slips. Lancey handles this aggressive, angry tone well—definitely a solid result.
album di debutto di Lito molto solido , i feat neanche male tranne niky savage che non si puo sentire.
Produzioni non male e lito si muove bene in tutte le track soprattutto nella intro , una delle migliori tracce del disco.
A solid album from Xavier. It reaches some high points on certain tracks, but overall it stays on a consistent level without dropping too low, aside from maybe 1–2 songs. At the same time, it doesn’t really have many standout tracks. He could have done better.
Ufo is the artist with whom I got into German music. I’ve thoroughly listened to his entire discography: great albums, great songs, and of course some flops as well… but this one I really don’t understand.
I can’t grasp the concept or what he’s trying to convey: everything feels confusing. It’s a project that could have easily been avoided… what a shame.
Finally, after a long wait, EMOTIONS has been released. The album starts and ends very well; there are a few weaker tracks, but at most 3–4, which is a great result for a 23-track project.
The production and use of samples are truly impressive, and Nine delivers a strong performance throughout the album. This is also his first project with a feature: a very refined choice in Kacy Hill, who elevates Sunset Hill.
Overall, it’s a well-executed album, but also quite difficult to review: ... read more
