i thought that the sounds in this album were nice. might not listen too much tho, idk. i wanna relisten to have it grow on me
wasnt anything too crazy when i listened to it back in january 2026. i liked it tho, very sunshine and rainbows.
i dont like doing ratings anymore since they dont fully represent what i have to say so review it is.
shit this is peak as fuck like why is modeseven aurafarming with that guitar holy i think i was about to start tearing up at various points in the album
also dokuro always cooks, rule of thumb btw, truth of the universe type shit.
this is a classic album, as they say
i listened to a few tracks a few years ago but never finished the album until now
anyway this mostly frac approved because of tracks like do not fire, a few weird bits in a few songs here and there, as well as the fact the first line in rainbows jumpscared me wtf
RIP DOOM.
IM GOING TO TAP THE GLASS TYLER YOU CANT STOP ME
ok ima re-edit this for when i listen to it fr
This is the album with the songs that made me discover Hyakkei, but I never listened to the album until now.
I don't exactly remember how I discovered the first 2 songs, but I think it was something to do with Spotify recommending them to me. Regardless, they made me enjoy their work (even if it was just those 2 songs) and eventually led me to listen to their debut album, Standing Still in a Moving Scene.
Now to talk about the album.
In comparison to their debut, the album's changed ... read more
i need to relisten to this album.
placing the album at 80 for now.
Don't have too much to say, I like the album in general.
This album almost kills you with things like Fire, Heavy Metal pipes, Hammers (truly a "STOP! HAMMER TIME!" moment), even had to call Love S.O.S.
Truly this showed that "Every Randy needs a woman" and "Every woman needs a Randy".
fr tho, Frac Approved.
I've listened to like the first two songs from Hyakkei before off their second album, Okurimono, and honestly, that's what drove me to this album.
It's the want to discover more of their work that drew me in.
Anyhow, the album's quite relaxing, and I really enjoy the sound. It can be repetitive, but I reckon it works in the album's favour.
Some of my favourites off this album include Kagefumi, Effect, Prairie, and like probably the whole album haha
Anyway, I really ... read more
heya! this is a recommendation i got from a friend!
first up, this album feels so much like a loving hug, which might be due to the sound of the vocals and calm bossa nova instrumentals
the album is very calm and relaxing so i think i will be regularly listening to stuff off this album
honestly i dont have much else to say so this is frac approved/100
I'm finally doing another GY!BE album after such a long time. As expected from their past work that I've listened to, it's very good instrumentally, and the theming is interesting.
This seems like a Frac Approved/100.
I also really did this instead of finishing up an assignment... I should do that now...
Track opinions down below.

"SUN IS A HOLE SUN IS VAPORS"
This song immediately gets you into what you expect from this band. Sickass instrumentals with deep ... read more
This was recommended to me by a friend. Turns out both the artist and album didn't exist here, so I added it!
Anyway, the album is pretty cool, I like the sounds, vocals are nice, etc. Songs like Without Consent felt so different and harsh compared to other tracks so they ended up my least favourite. There's definitely some meaning I'm missing, so I'll have to relisten sometime.
I'd say its still... Frac Approved/100
I've been meaning to do this album for a WHILE. It's my first Porter Robinson album too!
Real talk though, the album is great, yet it hasn't really... stuck on this first listen (not that other albums truly do that until you do relistens). I also suddenly feel the fact that I might've just disgraced the album somehow, must've been the wind (tempos) or me, not sure where its coming from.
Anyway, go listen to Nurture, it's Frac Approved/100.
This album is my first entry into Japanese Shoegaze and that sorta thing. Prior to the full album listen, I had only listened to the 4th track.
This album to me feels raw/unfiltered, as well as being a great album. I don't really have much else to say about this album, except that I'd totally wanna dive into this genre and sound more.
also, they really padded the album with 3 minutes of total silence in-between the two parts of the last track lol, still an amazing album
