Aphex Twin's music alternates vastly from person to person. Some people enjoy his ambient works more and some like listening to schizophrenic drum patterns. Usual contenders for best Aphex song also vary a lot. Some people will say Xtal because they like the snare and the upbeat rhythm. Some will say Stone in Focus because it soothes them and makes them think about life and dillemas and whatnot. And some say Windowlicker because they're correct. This is the best song Aphex Twin has ever made. The rest of the EP is fine, but this song bumps everything up a notch because of how unbelievably good it is, something about how the song switches between synths, drum patterns, distorted off-key voice samples sounds way better than it should. Those little cuts spread throughout like vinyl scratches work amazingly, and that distorted outro is so good, peak electronic music here. Also if you've never heard this before, watch the video first and don't skip, watch all the way through. It hits like a brick to the back of the head (in a good way).
