This debut album by gen-z noise act Nirvana If They Were Good (or NITWG) is unequivocally a work of barbarian genius. What at first listen appears to be a group of year 12s who have broken into a state school music room and rotated their way through a series of borrowed instruments while recording around an open mic before mixing it all into the red on Audacity, turns out, on enquiry, to be exactly that.
