if she dropped about half of the songs on here it would easily be a 90 from me

this album is so disappointing. mediocre, pretentious song after mediocre, pretentious song. boring and forgettable. you would think that they would learn how to make interesting music, especially considering all of the industry backing they have? the scythe is the best song on the album, and that isn’t even *that* good.

in my personal opinion, this album is faux-interesting. it tries so hard to be different that it just ends up looping back around into mediocrity at best. in an attempt to be intensely emotional, it has lost its own soul. i don't mind the vocals, and on paper, this album is something that i would *usually* enjoy. unfortunately, it misses the mark and i feel like i am trapped inside a knockoff version of Life is Strange.
