Recorded in 1988, unreleased till 1993, this lil emo album was very ahead of its time in many ways. Who cares about that shit tho? This thing SLAPS. I'm talking back-to-back SLAPPERS. Zero skips. Never a dull moment. It's dynamic, raw, energetic, catchy, and rich with texture in all the best ways. Go listen to it.
Peggy's worst album by far. Most of these half-baked songs just make you ask, "that's it?" as the next song about Peggy fucking your girl for the 14th track in a row starts playing. It's sterile, unengaging, messy, and artistically stagnant. Peggy loves to LARP that he's more than he actually is, and that's all cool, but if you're going to pretend to be a self-important gun-toting sigma male, the songs should at least be somewhat notable.
this is like if you took wetdream by WillyRodriguezWasTaken and made it shit
All for fuzzy lofi production but, this just genuinely sounds awful at times. Some of these songs fucking rip though. The instrumentals go nuts to butts at times, and the vocals are really intense. I like it.
