Too good of a musical for how bad the show is.
I love both Sewerslvt and Deafheaven, so I find this surprise of a remix to be neat, but something just feels missing…
Feels more like a showcase of instrumental talent than an actually interesting album experience. Like, sure it sounds good, but it doesn’t really hook me, it’s just kinda background noise honestly. Also, of course, as we all know, the duo would go on to make literally some of the greatest dream pop/indie rock music ever after this, so, lol.
