liked the production a lot, very low and spacy
vocal mixes r very cool but the lyrics don't really work 4 me
def gotta keep an eye on this artist tho
This is a very nice album that made me feel awful but i think that's just cus stuff about love and sex makes me depressed
The production and vocal effects sound pretty good and the production is a really good mix between hyperactive synths and strong beats.
I don't think brandish sounds very good sorry basil.
I don't have anything else to say I'm just here to signalboost
Yea this is pretty good
I like kill the monster a decent amount, kind of eats jane removers nachos a bit but it's well done and has some pretty solid delivery. The vocals kinda get drowned out in the second half by the instrumental, which while being a cool effect still grinds my gears cus I was listening to that >:(. big fan of the guitar bass that shit sounded sick, laser sounds were also pretty cool sounding altho I will say there were a couple moments where the sounds kinda ... read more
The Production on this album is beautiful (after the first two tracks, I didn't really like those instrumentals but that's probably more of a skill issue than an album issue) This album is clearly a very emotional one, you can really feel it in the way the tracks are produced and written, especially the distortion present in amnesia. This whole album is filled with such a thick atmosphere of digital distortion and spacey reverb that really showcase Paula's strengths as a ... read more
pretty good. I don't really have much to add it's just a decent project. Good Job Paula, RIP.
This has been one of my favorite first listens of the 2020s, Yokitunes gives us an album full of life and a shocking amount of versatility. The chill tracks are a perfect breather from the more heavy hitting tracks on the album, the only thing stopping this from being a 100 is that I feel like this is only the start of the khris yokitunes supremacy,
Khris Yokitunes is back at it again, this track boasts some of ms. yokitunes best synth work to date almost sounding like dubstep at points before roping you back into the insanity captured so well on her previous projects, the bass is uncharacteristically quiet in this song but it does have a dawginn reference so I can rest easy giving this a 90. Good job!
FIRST IMPRESSION: the improvement from TLS to this is crazy. The production is lush Rockatoxx's lyrics are potent and focused. the only thing that drags this album down are the questionable flows at points, but over all this album is phenomenal
Khris really Yoki'd on this Tune. The production is a bit much for my feeble mortal brain to comprehend but the parts I do are pretty sick. Tom Macdonald baked bean/10
I wish they did something with the cult theme, especially with how well the opening set it up, but ignoring that it's such a fucking vibe. This project is what I wish The Now Now sounded like
Paula continues her reign over 2023. I genuinely have no idea how someone conceives of something this scattered yet coherent but this song does so with such infectious energy that you don't notice that you've lost your hearing by the two minute mark. Very good song
Another great Paula track, The production has a punch to it that is to be expected by a Paula track. I'm not really a fan of the pitch shifted vocals on this one but luckily they don't show up too much. Paula's actual rapping is decent and glitches thrown in near the end of the track give it a sense of finality. Good job Paula
I am not a fan of hyperpop, but this song is pretty good. I like how the synth and the bass play off of each other and compliment Paula's vocals. I also enjoyed the stopping and skipping present in the song, it breaks up the instrumental before it gets dull and adds energy. good work Paula
I really like the songs with ms. Rockatoxx on them, the smooth production, great flows and tragic lyrics make for the best material in her discography, unfortunately she is not on half the album and in her place are instrumental interludes that while cool, go nowhere and really just gives you a feeling of envy for what could have been.
not much to say on this one, good flows, good beat, paula (good) altho I will say that the beat, while good, does kind of wear its welcome after a bit
