This album absolutely blew my expectations out of the water, and to have the story end on this album puts so much pressure on it. But the boys delivered. This album absolutely surpasses Clancy (just by a bit) and gives some of the best Twenty One Pilots songs since Trench. A must hear in their discourse and a great way to end off an incredible 10-year narrative.

Really enjoyed the 70s, 80s, disco, pop vibe she has on this album, although I didn't care for some of the songs or topics she wrote about. This album is meant to be fun, and it succeeds in doing so. She put a lot into the album and doesn't care if people don't like it. I didn't care for everything, but for the songs I did, I really enjoyed them. I have to make the JA comment, but he's inevitable in the world of pop music (master of the minor 4 chord on Sabrina's ... read more
Some of their best work yet, I love the direction they went in for this EP, and the topic they've written about hits you deep and makes you feel more connected to the music they make. Enjoyed all of these songs, more over others.
9/10
Mis-mash of ‘Next Semester’ & ‘Navigating’ with its own spin, and Josh on vocals (which was absolutely incredible to hear for the first time). Solid and amazing track. 9.5/10
Even if the game wasn't good, this soundtrack kicks ass
Love the 70s, Fleetwood Mac vibe, they definitely have something good with this side-project
Forgot to review this for a WHILE, but here I am. This album is an amazing debut. Most of the songs are amazing and all have their place within the tracklist. Some songs I'm not a huge fan of, but other than that, this album is definitely worth a listen.
I also have to make the BandLab comment, but damn this album is crazy good for all the vocals being recorded in a closet on a phone.
Not a fan of some aspects of this album, but I am a heavy sucker for 80s synth pop, and pop music in general, so I do enjoy some of this album quite a bit. 6.5/10
This song is a guilty pleasure, fun bubblegum synth pop
EDIT: This song has become a bit lack-luster after a bit
Grew on me after listening a couple times. Pretty good composition and vibe, though I wish some of the mixing and production choices were better
Raw and deep lyrically, but some of the instrumentation was lacking and a lot of the songs were kind of boring. Find myself skipping through on my full listen-through. A great insight to how Grace's childhood was, but an okay album at best. Favorite tracks were "Brand New" and "Fade" and my least favorites were "Babydoll" and "Beg For It"
Late to this, oh well! Deluxe tracks added a good bit. Love “Couldn’t Make It Any Harder”’s “Hopelessly Devoted” sound, the clav and chorus of “15 Minutes”, the fact she says “Like the others” in “Please Please Please” (Dolly Parton feature is just okay), only the chorus of “Busy Woman”, and “Bad Reviews” is a nice chill closer. Overall, these songs aren’t the best, but hey, 5 songs for 2 ... read more
Absolutely love CG5's original music. This EP is 80s synth-pop coded and is absolutely fun and amazing. Favorite tracks are "Entranced" and "LALALove", with Lifesaver falling a little short, but still a good song nonetheless. Can't wait for his second album, hopefully he keeps this same style and quality. He has definitely shown us the way. 9.1/10
Imagine Dragons, Porter Robinson, and now Twenty One Pilots making songs for LoL, insane. This song is very beautiful and the build-up works very well. The lyrics also dig very deep as many TOP songs do, which is sometimes the best part/redeeming factor for many songs. This song isn’t mind blowing in any regard, but it’s still a great song.
