More sonically diverse than their prior projects on the production end, but the flows remain relatively familiar. Mindless, fun, corny, goofy, unapologetic. It's JV&B, you basically know what to expect from them at this point.

Years ago Chance's momentum seemed unstoppable, and he still shows flashes every now and then, but I think we're really looking at an artist who has creatively lost his way. I'm coming to this as someone who has never really understood the mass appeal of Carti, but I'm open to anything. With that being said, I also have no expectations or hype that has built up over his five year hiatus.

I won't acknowledge the beef beyond this point. I grew up a Drake fan and have been mostly disappointed with the majority of his output since "Views". The industry is better off when Drake is in his creative bag, too bad I haven't felt that from him in years.
