Opeth's magnum opus, the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Ghost Reveries thrusts you from the gates of hell to the comfort of a castle fireplace. The dark fantasy themes coalesce into, in my opinion, one of the greatest single works of prog metal ever. Dark and heavy while also intricate and delicate, this is the first album I show anyone of Opeth, ZERO skips.
