Billie mothafuckin Eilish… This album is so fucking good. Her and Finneas finished this album with a level of finesse that is hardly seen in the music industry before.

Hit me hard and soft feels like a fully realized album, she took what she learned from When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go and Happier Than Ever and made the love child of the two records with HMHAS.

This record has the perfect blend of vulnerable lyrics and pop-y beats that leaves you in your feels and feeling the ... read more

Lauryn Hill - The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill

The miseducation of Andrew led me to wait so long to listen to The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

I really appreciate this albums storytelling. I think as a whole piece this album is wrapped in a nice bow. Ex Factor is pure perfection the pinnacle of music.

I think that the tracks do run a little too long, one or two tracks that are 5-6 minutes okay I see the vision. But when all of them are on the longer side it gets a bit much for me.

Do I think I will listen to this album on repeat, no. If ... read more

Troye Sivan - Bloom

Going into this album I was unsure of how I would feel...

There are some hidden gems in Bloom in the form of Dance To This and Animal, with a few other solid tracks. I think overall this album is very safe, no risks lyrically or production-wise. Having listened to this later than most, it made me appreciate the risks that Troye took on his most recent album, Something To Give Each Other.

All in all it was a pleasant listening experience, will I revisit most of these songs, no, but there are ... read more

Tyla - TYLA

Tyla proved who she was in the music space with this album, (as I'm sure she planned to do with a self-titled album).

The Afrocentric beats mixed with heavenly vocals and wisely selected features, created an album that has a perfect blend of club beats, ethereal tracks, and overall bangers.

Tyla should continue to lean into the production of her music because I really enjoyed how this album sounded nearly top to bottom (excluding the Travis Scott feature, which was entirely unnecessary).

Lana Del Rey - Ultraviolence

There is no denying that Lana Del Rey has an angelic voice.. In the studio. The songs are pleasant to listen to... for 5-6 minutes at a time however, the jury is still out on that one...

Ultraviolence has all the makings of an amazing album, and is, if you stop the songs halfway through. I love where she was going, but the monotony of listening to all these 5 minutes songs really takes a toll.

This album would leave a much better taste in my mouth if it were a little more concise, quality is ... read more
