I am so shocked this is well received (how did I used to like this??)

This record is like if AI tried to create a Breaking Benjamin album. It feels like the most milquetoast run of the mill "yeah this is a breaking Benjamin album." No emotion, compressed as hell production that somehow sounds like too much and not enough at the same time, and some of the most boring and lifeless writing from the band yet. If I have to hear about Ben's dark inside one more time I'm putting a dark bullet through my brain. Not to say there aren't good moments here. I enjoy songs like Tourniquet and Down, The Dark in You is different even if it doesn't quite land, and they have some interesting and ear catching melodies in Feed The Wolf, but overall it's just boring and a nothing album. Thank God I don't have to listen to more after this.
