i love this album art, they look so cool... anyways about the music... it's good, certainly not the most unique sounding emo album but the consistently strong songwriting more than makes up for it.

it some really strong highlights (give me back to the sky, no the moon) but the rest of the tracks are just quite forgettable not even bad per se just never fully fleshed out, almost feeling like demos, the sound overall is quite good though, at its best it's using the lo-fi aesthetic to add to the feeling of melancholy presented by the lyrics and stripped back instrumentals.

just a really solid folk punk album, pat is not the greatest singer out there but he packs a lot of emotion into his delivery and the lyrics themselves are really captivating.
