It was my first encounter with the band Ghost and i have been in love ever since !
I loved every (almost) riff and song in the album.
Some standouts to me were Ashes, Pro memoria and Helvetesfonster because i couldn't understand them. I just dislike them because they are either boring or just about not forgetting about my friend Death.
Overall: Splendid running start from Cardinal Copia and dont forget kids! Fuckin' V!!!
Make believe is a very average Weezer album.
I can just call it some background party fart. It sounds like very soft slow rock without any soul given to it.
It's a compilation of songs that seem like an incel's instrospection.
You'd think that by the 5th album these guys would have figured it out. I find no consistency in between each songs. This is the definition of MID.
I may enjoy a few songs... But it's just an average album that doesn't live a lasting impression ... read more
