"God this is the realest overview of TXT's musical direction I've seen. I was a huge fan of theirs and while I still hope that they do well, their recent music has frustrated me for the same reasons that you mentioned.
I fear that there's another reason why they keep getting these short tracks: streaming. A shorter song can be streamed more frequently, which boosts their numbers and Hybe's streaming profits, and stans on Twitter have made a whole game out of getting streaming numbers up. I don't care about streaming numbers at all so it's been disappointing to see."
