To put it simply, one of the greatest debut albums of all time, he knew his sound and he used his voice pergectly at every track. A beautifuly dark experience, but sadly, it would be the only music we would be able to enjoy from Jeff. A tragedy for such a talented soul. To describe it in one word: Classic
Yes I love this album, yes it's a ten for me, and yes I am a basic bitch, deal with it. It's just good what do you want me to say, this album has always been praised so highly for the longest time and it's not for no reason this album just does something to you, every song hits. I'm actually an on and off user, I've created and deleted many accounts on this sites and I remember I wrote an insane essay and I did that with TPAB too, but I realized that I have nothing new to add to this ... read more
I feel bad for only writing reviews for some of my favorite albums but goddamn I love these albums. If I had to be honest this is for now the only album by injury reserve that I've really paid my full attention and love for but I'm sure it will change soon. This album took a couple of listens before I fell in love, I don't know what changed one day I was just curious and wanted to listen to this album and I loved it from back to front now I just sometimes miss this album even if I already ... read more
I love this damn album so much, with this one album Genesis Owusu has somehow created his own sound and I don't mean an entire new genre. Honestly, this album has grown, fallen, and grown. I think other than a couple of songs this album is pretty amazing, it's not his best but not his worst either. It is much more mainstream than any other album of his but it's fun and has a lot of replay value, there's nothing wrong with that so I don't think it's a problem even if Kendrick has proven to be able to make it better albums. if all he did was TPAB's, TPAB wouldn't be as special so I'm fine with this album. I just want to give a few ... read more
