Macky Gee is back at it again with more of his random bullshit DnB that sounds like what would happen if you turned diarrhea into an EP. This cover art is also absolutely atrocious too. I do have to say though, some of these songs show a small but definitely existent amount of hope moving forward, as he experiments a little more with some of the drums and instrumentation. Again though, the drops are really where early Macky Gee falls apart.
---Individual ratings---
L.I.E - 21/100 - The drums aren't horrible, but again, the basses sound like genuine shit. The drop is so much louder than the rest of the song that it just randomly comes in and hurts your ears.
What would we do - 50/100 - Honestly the drops are tolerable, but just really, really boring because they're looped over and over and over.
Bunny Boiler - 44/100 - Just kinda weird and doesn't go anywhere interesting. I could see a decent remix being made out of this but in its current iteration, this song's pretty meh.
Get personal - 38/100 - Again, really long for how little it changes and is just super boring in every capacity. Very lazy track.
Pathological - 30/100 - Poor mixing and really repetitive sound design make for a track as boring as you'd've come to expect by now.
Evolution - 48/100 - The synths and overall more fleshed-out production help cover up some of the weaknesses of this song, but it's still a slog of a track and fairly uneventful.
