tbh, my opinion on the album after listening on my own and watching the brad taste reaction for better insight, i kinda vibe with the album.
by far, by FAR, inertia is my favorite. it has an incredible vibe that is exactly what i wanna hear! the goofy sfx fills, the grand drops, it felt like a more refined version of what ajr does. this is of course followed up by the dumb song, and then by steve's going to london.

truly one of the greatest albums of 2023 with 0 competition. its absolutely beautiful from start to finish and i expect this to be a timeless classic.
an absolute top 5 of 2023 for me. the producing feels a lot more ambient and spacey than usual, the political insights aren't intrusive, the prelude, inter, and epi are cool, and my god did Zilla and Sos hit hard.
you can tell they tried to take influence from around the underground scene too. songs like FUNNY feel a lot like MIDWXST, while others like Vacant feel rage-esc and a lot more electronic. its fun to see different styles merged with the iconic ways city morgue operates and it makes me ... read more
