Thom's voice is so unpleasant for most of the album. The album did, however, have a mysterious, dramatic yet tense feeling which was compelling. I think I came into this with a closed mind, because all of the Radiohead fans I know are so pretentious and they all have awful music tastes and I fucking hate them. I'll listen to it more in the future, because the album did genuinely intrigue me and I'm sure once I dive more into the lyrics, meaning, concept, etc. I will enjoy it more. Like usual, my rating'll probably go up and up and up with each listen. We'll see. Right now, I see the art in it but the music just didn't sound all that good to me with Thom's voice, the melodies... yeesh.
