I think at some point and time period, Larry June needs to actually work on his rap skills. The production and beat is fantastic and I throughly enjoyed 2 chains on this project, but Larry's basic flow and bars just left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand his entire persona, but at some point of time you have to add substance into what you are saying because if you don't, these songs just feel dragged out. Not a bad project by any means. Just not a good one either.

Chris Patrick is slowly becoming one of my favorite artists. I decided to look back at his older work and stumbled upon this and this album is pretty solid. I really like the overall concept of him trying to change his ways while also maintaining his vulnerability throughout the album. I wish he didn't use auto tunes on certain songs but other than that I have no complaints.

Album of the year as of April 22nd, 2025. Fridayy once again shows why he is here to stay. If you are having a hard time coping with a loss of a family member, this album is for you. Fridayy has always given me that "Black Church" vibe the way he correctly uses choirs throughout his songs. Not much to say but this album is amazing. Proud of me Ft. Meek Mill is also my song of the year. Incredible album.

Westside boogie is not an artist I was familiar with at first and just wanted to see if he was anything worth talking about. I had no idea what the concept of this album was when I first came into it. The intro song really hooked me in and although this album has some good and bad moments, I am in love with the overall concept of it and the amazing JID and Eminem features displayed on here. I think some songs did not need to be included in this tracklist, but this is a solid project.
