This album requires more attention! It is obviously not everyone's favorite, but the soul in this album can be felt and I think that this is a no skip. If there was like a super high budget for this album and he had a big huge studio with all the instruments he could want, I believe it could be 90+
I think that this is the single best folk album I'm aware of, and it's so incredible. The simplicity used in some songs of simply one guitar, sometimes horns is genius, and the complexity of the electric sounds in some other songs is used minimally enough that it keeps such a crazy good sound.
This album is truly incredible and I'd listen to most songs for hours without getting tired of them. Notably The Magician, Blues, Holy Holy. However, some songs on this album get uninteresting pretty quickly, and I think that it easily docks this album down to 84
So incredible. The vocal skills that the singers use in such simple ways still sound so insane. Their use of strings and winds in this album is so great, and they use space so well in their songs. Notably The Place Where He Inserted the Blade is a masterpiece.
Jeff Buckley's Grace is the single best album I've ever heard in my life. This will probably forever be my single favorite album, and I truly believe if a perfect album exists, this is it
a NO SKIP album
god it's so good, I think it's maybe even better than Sports
His voice in this album is so mesmerizing, I love it
Not ONE skip on this album. An essential for anyone who hates their life. Some songs need to be longer, and some songs get old sometimes, but a very timeless album really
