Ctrl

Thanks to my brother @MyNameIsLuca for the recommendation, GO GIVE HIM A FOLLOW RN!!!!

Released in 2017, Ctrl is the debut album by global star SZA. While I have heard things from SZA in the past, like her most recent album SOS, she is an artist that is not really among my most listened to, and although SOS was an album that I liked and thought was good, it is an album that I have hardly come back since I heard it, probably one reason why I have not listened to this album again is because it has 23 tracks, I am not a big fan of albums with so many songs, a point in favor for Ctrl, which has only 14 tracks.

On Ctrl we find an album of very enjoyable songs that contain very good R&B instrumentals on which SZA does wonders with her beautiful voice.

Supermodel is a track that works very well as an intro to the album, good instrumentally and as always SZA's vocals are fantastic, I really like the percussion that is added at the end of the song.

PussyPussyPussyPussyPussyPussyPussyPussyPussy I didn't know Kendrick was on one of the tracks, I love it instrumentally, maybe my favorite in that aspect, but I don't understand, why repeat that word so much?

Drew Barrymore could be the best song on the project, beautiful instrumental and maybe SZA's best performance on the entire project, maybe the best song I've heard from her.

Anything is a song in which I love the beat, it gives me very good vibes, it sounds like an old video game or something like that.

Pretty Little Birds was a track that I had high expectations for since Isaiah Rashad is on it, an exceptional artist that I really like, and although this song is still good, I feel that it may be the worst on the project.

This album is a fantastic debut for SZA as an artist, and a few steps ahead of her most recent SOS, this project being much more solid and compact, this one also having the best peaks.
