I quite liked this. While the themes of the album didn't sit with me like they did for some of my friends, I can sense the sheer mastery of the craft at play here. Plus, I can still feel what Earl's talking about, and it does resonate with me in a way.
Behold, punk by and for nerds. That is by no means a detriment, as at this point, Devo have shifted into their known sound. There are a few standout tracks, but it hovers around good for most of the tape.
Freddie could've been rapping a bit more, however that doesn't stop Alfredo 2 from being a great album. The beats were so dreamy and the features were good.
