Really unique sound, the dreamy instrumentals add for a perfect background for her voice and melodies. Kept me interested, but not something I personally will return to.
honestly sounds ahead of its time. So interesting to listen to and impossible to be bored, even though its way outside my usual comfort zone.
Instrumentally pretty good, but the vocals are too aggressive and overtake every track.
Badu is one of the most musically adept in all of musical history, every note is hit right and composed beautifully.
