Let's Dance

Definitely his most pop adjacent album so far I mean it starts off with a funky gospel song and it’s honestly one of my favorites. Although ‘china girl’ has the creepiest lyrics a Bowie song has had I desperately wish I could look past it because it’s got a stunning instrumental. Now ‘let’s dance’ is one of his most catchiest songs it’s pop perfection in my opinion. After that we continue the gorgeous production but Bowie seems to be dragging in the mud with his vocals there are some highlights like ‘criminal world’ and ‘cat people (putting out fire)’. it’s not like he can’t do very impressive pop music this stuff sounds a bit uninspired and dated. I’m terrified for the upcoming albums as they seem like absolute shit storms.
