Kinda disappointing for an album 5 years in the making. But i will say that Something Serious might be the best song on the album IMO, so it's baffling to me that it is rated the lowest. Straight up sounds like a Santana song - in a good way.
Hmmmmm i like the production and general vibe of the song, but some of these lyrics are NOT it.
The lyrics are giving big "im14andthisisdeep"-energy. But the melody is kinda nice at least.
Hmmm this is kind of a disappointment. The tracks that are actually new, especially from the early years, are amazing. But the other half was already released beforehand. And holy shit are the new mixes of FAAB and Real Love awful. Like i know that Jeff Lynne did the original mixes, but if this is what he's gonna deliver, he shouldn't be allowed to make any official Beatles remixes. It should've been Giles.
The original mix was already pretty much perfect, but it's nice to finally have all parts of the song together on streaming.
