Is it weird to say that, as an album, I like Undertale even more?
Maybe it is. But I don’t care. It’s one of the best album experiences I’ve ever had. And I owe that partly to my childhood self, scrolling through the Undertale fandom with my sister, through memes, YouTube videos, and Sans jokes. I’m not overflowing with nostalgia for it, but it laid a foundation in my mind: what it is and how you’re supposed to feel about it.

I wish I had heard this song much earlier, when that kind of “aesthetic, vibey” music was a priority in my taste. Because if even today this song is very beautiful, I can’t imagine what it would have done to me back then
The whole song is pretty solid cool jazz, nothing too crazy, but that's what makes it special to me - the melody. It's one of the most beautiful and magical melodies I've ever heard in my life, it reminds me of things I can't remember, it makes me feel so bittersweet, longing, nostalgic with only first seconds I'm getting into song.
