This album feels more like it's rated based on artistic significance over the actual quality of music. Of course, Bully is miles and miles ahead of anything that Kanye dropped for the past couple of years. From Vultures, Donda 2, and all those straight-from-hell singles, Kanye's been on the greatest fall-off run of all time, basically removing all expectations from him.
