Honestly an 88 feels a bit low, but that's what my scores averaged out to, so I guess that's correct. Probably an unpopular opinion, but I prefer sylvia over this one. My last review on Split Chain I had mentioned that I was hoping for more distinction between songs and this track definitely does that but wasn't exactly what I had hoped for. As always, I love a good breakdown/space where they let the guitar do its thing, so they score some bonus points there. Maybe this track needs some time to grow on me, will be revisiting it going into next week.
Definitely feels new, just kinda wish there was a bit more distinction between their songs. The breakdown added a nice touch though, will probably be replayed a few times, but I can't help but feel like I'll grow tired of this one quicker than their other tracks.
This time at around 15 and a half minutes, 6jugos brings his more traditional sound to the table. Opening with the track "dawg daze" it's such a nice sounding song. Although maybe a bit more emotional than some might want, I think the little lead guitar thing he did at the end was so satisfying/refreshing.
